    Reminder to anyone that doesn't know; All the people who make false flaggot threads here like this, either white knighting for carbs or hating "keto"(not even a diet like they imagine but it's simply a bodily process) irrationally or rabidly. They are simply Vegans, yes Vegan. Ketosis is a decades long proven process that your body undergoes when fasting or switching to fat macros. It's simply one of several methods to loose weight or stay healthy. So why would anyone specifically hate on it so hard for no good reason?

    It's because Vegans, they always assert or try to claim being vegan is healthy or natural. But they are simply ignorant of the way the body behaves or was designed to process food. Prior to Keto being mainstream, the Ketosis cycle was simply ignored by them because it didn't fit into their agenda or dumb views. Now that everyone knows that Carbohydrates are simply one way of configuring your diet. And that you should switch between keto and carbs regularly because prolonged carbs cause insulin resistance and a whole host of other diseases (including higher blood pressure).

    They are malding because as a vegan there are next to no options other than carbs as a staple. Unless you only eat salads drenched with vegetable oil and supplement with S*Y protein or some other ridiculous garbage shit. As vegans they will be consuming mostly carbs for 9p% of their diets lol.

        They didn't, that would mean their bodies were incapable of drawing on their own fat reserves. It's litterally impossible and even if it was. It would be a major detriment to their long term survival during food scarcity.

            But it's next to nothing and highly inefficient. Most of that weight lost is glycogen reserves being drawn on and then your own muscle if you don't eat enough protein. So only a fraction of the weight lost is actual (most of it is during sleep when you fast involuntarily). You can still do it but it's very inefficient.

                They are all skeletons because most Vegans are morons that know nothing about nutrition; So they fail to supplement properly and fail protein macros. Veganism can be done right (even though it isn't necessarily healthy) with proper supplements to the diet. Mist of the are skellies because they lost all muscle mass over time. They aren't even fit, just skinny fat with no upper body.
