So how does someone with extremely bad genetics build muscle?

So how does someone with extremely bad genetics build muscle? I've been lifting for 4 years straight, and I can't even bench 135lbs. You guys will probably say it's because my programming was bad, or my diet was shit. Even with a shit program or diet I think someone should be able to bench over 135lbs by training for 4 years. As of right now, I'm giving up on going to the gym, seems pointless into putting so much effort into something that isn't giving me anything in return. I just wish I didn't waste all these years killing myself at the gym and eating clean for nothing.

there's women with 1/50th of the testosterone you have benching 300lb because they're obese. are you telling me you're genuinely so low iq you couldn't figure out a bulk in 4 years of lifting?

you train to muscle failure and eat at surplus. if you have a ballsack it's that simple. you're like those normies i see in the gym curling some weight for 30reps never hitting muscular failure and wonder why you're a weak piece of shit. you lazy subhuman. do pullups you have no business doing isolations and fricking around i know exactly the type of homosexual you are.

As of right now I could be someone gym coach with how much bodybuilding knowledge I have. I’ve tried a lot of programs on Reddit and always train to failure. Shit was times when I did so much volume that I was sore all over my body. So not working hard enough is not case for me. The thing is with my current stats if it was anyone else but me, they would be growing doing anything at the gym.

If this is OP, then you have to be lying. For one, the picture in the photo is centered at your eye level and the almost universal standard for hanging pictures/paintings is to have the center at human average eye level of 5'6". Even if you had decided to hang it on the high side, it would still not be centered at 6'5" without looking comically wonky on typical wall heights, and even someone with no taste or decoration knowledge would see it. Also there's no way you were 145 lbs at your claimed height while having a little bit of muscle and being 12-15% bf. You are lying

                Anonymous

that picture (which is fricking awful btw) appears to be 3' tall. If your ceiling height is the typical 8-9', then hanging the picture centered at eyelevel of your (alleged) 6'5" height would leave 2ish to 14ish inches gap from the top of the picture to your ceiling, which would actually be moronic. It would look like a moron hung it. So which are you? A short liar or a tall moron with no taste?

Literally post a Google Drive link to the spreadsheet with your daily macros and your weekly routine with the numbers. Of course you didn't keep track of a single thing you did and you certainly didn't "have a nice day" with any kind of intensity.

Do you just not know how to push yourself? You know a lot of strength comes from neurological adaptations. You're literally training your mind to delimit your muscles. If you're not pushing you're not going to get stronger. I personally don't do Mentzer's training but it's why things like HIT have some solid logical behind them.

This is my current routine and I tried with intensity. Shit I almost killed myself a few times squatting and benching going for that last rep.

OP i think i have shit genetics too and have been lifting for 11 years (on and off and some injuries), but since january this year i've actually taken my diet and consistency super seriously and have finally been making gains, just got bench to 150lbs. hang in there, if it is truly that bad then maybe get bloodwork done, but in my case i had to learn 20 times over to actually eat. Youre making it sound like thats not your problem so idk. Also creatine helped a bit but i have good hair genes so i wasnt worried about the bald meme although i hear thats a myth idk. at the end of the day though i just lift for women to compensate for being a manlet and learned the past 2 months i need to focus way harder on other areas of my life like career and buying land. good luck my brother, also go to an Orthodox church

Yeah at the moment, I’m done with bodybuilding. I’ll still go to hit my muscles so they don’t go rusty but no point going for hours on end and eating like a pig everyday for no results.

    sup OP, some introduction...

    >Before left picture:
    2 years of muay thai
4 of traditional taekwondo(not olympic homosexualry)
    1.5 years of boxing
    >No muscle.

    >From left to right picture
Only 10 months of stregth intensity training, and i barely starting my physical progress yet.

Now im in a current bulking for max gaining, the secret...become an obssesed rat.
Thats right, i almost give up myself by seeing my reflection of many years of training combat and always being the most weak of the gym.
    "¿why i have shit genetics?"
Bullshit, you need to understand your own body, and do everything you posible can.
    >mind-muscle connection
    >Stimulate the same muscle 2-3 times per week
    >Lift weights(technique, not ego lifting) and you own bodyweight exercises(both)
    >Eat big to get big
    >Close/get to failure
    >Rest 7-9 hours, deep sleep
    >Rest 30-45 seconds per set.
    >Rest less than 2 minutes between exercises
    >Stretch the muscle before and after training.
    >Stretch muscle before sleep.
    >Get enough nutrition.
    >Get the max help you can get, from youtube videos, to gymbros

This isn't true. You can't train your neurology and myths about normal people lifting up cars or whatever are fake.
