Do I cut or bulk? What are best exercises and diets to eliminate gyno?

          I mean, it does make sense, especially if you're including pseudo-gyno as well, because 70% of the US is overweight and almost 40% of those are full blown obese, but I don't necessarily believe that normal weighted men are having a statistically significant increase in the growth of excess breast tissue. I never noticed men with tits before I knew what gyno was, but now I have a brain worm and I can't stop clocking every guy I see with a slightly disproportionate chest. To me the amount of guys i see with gyno increase from 0 to probably 5%, but the world didn't change in this case, only my perception did.

      I’m 23, been through a lot of middle/high-school sports, never seen legitimate gyno on someone. I’ve seen fat fucks, but never literal breast tissue. It’s probably an inflated issue because of all the roidtrannies, sarmgoblins, and low-t whiners you see on YT and this board.

          You seem to be around 25% body fat, and you're completely untrained. If I were you, I'd neither bulk nor cut; instead I'd do a body recomp. Assuming you put in the work and tune your diet correctly, figure out a decent training program, weigh all your food, never take a day off, etc, you'll be able to get stronger while weighing the same, thus lowering your body fat percentage. If you decide to recomp OR cut, don't pursue a novice linear progression program like starting strength since you won't be getting enough calories to properly recover from them, and you're just not lean enough to get the most from it yet. Cutting sucks, especially when all you have to look forward to is being a skeleton when you're lean, and bulking sucks when all you have to look forward to is being a strong fatass.

          I'm literally sitting down, even people with 3% bf have some excess flab when sitting down, realistically I'm probably between 10% and 15% bf, again 155lb at 5'7", if I was 25% bf that would mean my lean body weight should be around 125lb lol

    High calories deficit, no sugar, PPL routine. Do cardio a few times a week. Eat 500 calories less than what you think maintenance is for you. Don't listen to fatty copes telling you to bulk. You need harsh and swift dietary correction.

    No exercises for targeted fat loss. That being said, pec workouts like benches and shit can be alright for spreading some of that fat around. Other than that you're basically fucked, but luckily some girls are either into that or don't mind it. Just accept your body for how it is man, or spend thousands of dollars to get cosmetic liposuction. Your choice.
