This. I'm also doing physical labor but my chest is ignored. So I get home and pump my chest and lats to make up for it, no legs. Sometimes abs. Also just want to be lean, but since my chest is growing tshirts hang much better on me.

The stacks get pretty damn heavy if you make them thick so im basically doing squats all day
one of those is 5-10kg and you carry 4 maybe 5 of those back and forth i assume. you think you're lifting heavy at work but only because you have no muscles. the reason why big muscled dudes get sore from your work is because those are awkward lifts they don't do at the gym so the muscles have to get acustomed to that just like when you start out lifting at a gym. i work at a train factory and can gurantee you my work is more demanding, got a nagging wife and a kid at home and still can comfortably hit the gym 3 times a week. why? because it makes me more healthy, the wife more horny and the work more easy. just admit you're too lazy for weightlifting because it got nothing to do with your job.

Manual labour and just wanted to loose the "love handles"
I lost the weight just dieting but because I didn't really change anything, with in a yr or so the handles were back
Reality check, it's me who had to change - attitude, goal setting, and ownership of my life.
Started hitting the gym with a buddy, targeting 2 body parts a day for 45mins
Nothing crazy, but the weight stays off, the social circle is bigger, wife says she appreciates the "view" more when going down on me. Overall, just a better mood, attitude, and now instead of just going home sore and tired from work to dinner, beer, and TV. I get home, still sore (but a good sore), a more healthy dinner and making an effort to be in the moment with the wife/kids

I've lost 100 lbs in 9 months lifting and doing cardio, monitoring what I eat and when but I'm in a plateau in my weight loss at 220lbs and I want to be 180lbs. It seems like diet is my issue because I lift and run 6 days out of the week. Advice?
