you evolved to survive scarcity, not surplus
>you evolved
Nope
You tell them anon!

Chimp mode is stronger than goblin mode
This. God created us to crave shitty food because gluttony is a sin and God created us with original sin.
I don't think you quite understand how it works
>pic related
>beef+broccoli with a side of rice
>not tastiest
It's bland. Broccoli on it's own taste like shit, the rice only tastes good if it's salty and has extra butter or fat poured in the rice, and sure beef tastes good but not as good as pizza
>if you remove all the seasoning it's bad!!
brb gonna eat a single pepperoni and say pizza is shit
What kinda steak are you eating boy?
Personally I eat 250g ribeye steak every damn day, only salt pebber and butter - its freeaking good.
Pizza is B tier in my opinion, i always feel sick after eating it. Only Kids think pizza>steak.
season your steak please, salt+pebba can be so much better with a good dry rub/marinade
>the rice only tastes good if it's salty and has extra butter or fat poured in the rice
do white people really?
plain rice tastes like shit so yeah, its inedible without butter and salt
jasmine rice all by itself is lovely and delicious
Hell no.
Healthy fresh food is tastier than all the crap you listed. You people act like it takes discipline to eat a piece of meat and fresh veggies when it's literally the most delicious meal you could eat. Frick I'm eating minced horse and eggplant as we speak.
This guy gets it.
Wrong, the stuff I listed tastes better than anything like that according to science
I’m sure you put a great deal of eggplant in your mouth buddy
do you boil, steam, or roast your broccoli? I love roasted broccoli and cauliflower.
steam more often than not; cauliflower wings are goated btw
These anons are gonna make it
Ice cream is not unhealthy unless you're overweight
Nor is pizza if you cook it from scratch.
That changes nothing its made from the same stuff. maybe has less salt
My homemade pizza ingredients:
Flour, salt, yeast, water (dough), Crushed tomatoes +spices (sauce), Fresh whole milk mozzarella
Dominos pizza ingredients pic_related
>actually, sugar and bread are fine!
have a nice day
Sugar through natural source is healthy you stupid israelite
Uh yeah. If I'm bulking I'll eat those things. The thing with carb haters is they somehow are never thin enough to be thinking about bulking, they only ever cut. How strange...
High polyunsaturated fat + high carb + salty = overwhelmingly unsatiating and addictive.
Those things aren't unhealthy, they're high calorie.
High calorie+ low nutritional value = unhealthy
Rice= calorie dense with low nutritional value . I guess we better tell those sickly Japanese people to stop eating rice.
Literally nothing you said is inherently unhealthy. Just calorie dense.
They are though, they are all fat and carb combinations with lots of salt. This combination together causes diabetes and heart disease without question and it doesn't even matter how many calories you eat
Salt is good for you. Any extra sodium is pissed and sweated out. Fat and carbs aren't bad either. You can eat 20 times the recommended sodium intake and be totally fine. People used to eat way way way more salt than they do today and yet they had low heart disease and hypertension. Salted pork used to be one of the most common foods.
Youre a fricking moron that was a survival ration out of necessity. The majority of people were peasants eating bread oats and dairy for most of their meals and only could afford meat on special occasions.
Fat and carbs are bad and salt is terrible for you, you're just making atuff up, salt DOES cause hypertension. it is completely unncessary and even harmful to get more than 300mg of sodium a day.
Countries with high sodium intake are inversely correlated with higher mortality. Salt is demonized for no reason.
Because richer countries like America are able to extend their unhealthy lives with good medical care. It's just a correlation. Salt is bad for you
Korea has a way higher salt intake than the US. Still they have lower rates of hyper tension.
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2352618115000475
According to this study, the higher sodium intake a korean has the lower their risk of hypertension.
>salt DOES cause hypertension
Yes, for a couple hours, until you piss it out. Blood pressure is determined by the ratio of water to salt in your blood, which is itself set by genetics/your diet/any medications you're on.
From the 17th thru 19th century the Royal Navy served salt beef, salt pork and salt fish on a daily basis. In addition there was ship's biscuit (like a dehydrated bread roll), some kind of cheese, peas and oats, along with whatever fresh stuff they could get their hands on. Plus either a pint of rum or a gallon of beer.
About 5000cal daily, not including the alcohol, high salt, as high fat as they could make it, as much carb as you could get, ridiculous amounts of booze, plus hard labour.
The sailors were some of the fittest men around at the time and would no doubt mog pretty much all of us today.
they probably got heart disease grom it
whats your point?
Except they didn't, heart disease seems to be much more recent.
To me it seems more to do with the constant exercise, occasional exertions and changes to their routine that got them IST
Any food was good food.
There was a doctor in the early 20th century who documented the beginning of - and eventual wide spread of - heart disease. It went from a thing that was rarely seen to commonplace in the years of his practice. It's entirely due to modern factors.
How do you know they weren't fat slobs like the vast majority of manual laborers today?
This was only a few hundred years ago, it was very well documented.
Plus I'd like to see you shimmy up the foremast, laying out on the foretopgallant yard in a stiffening breeze while the ship gets tossed around 100ft below, if you're a fat slob. Darwinism at its finest.
This is why "unhealthy" and "healthy" are the most shit words in the world we should all just stop using them. Depending on your needs anything can be either, like you skinny fricks of course are gonna be cool with eating ice cream if youre struggling to get enough calories.
Wrong
ice cream is diabetes in a cone
wow great argument gaytron you sure convinced me with those hot opinions
Sorry, I didn't know I needed to create an argument for basic science.
Google "randle cycle" for my argument.
Ice cream has a lower GI than rice. Chicken and rice is heckin wholesome because it tastes cardboard. So it must be healthy.
I had a serving of cheese (healthy) and fruits (healthy). That combination of saturated fats and sugar is le good.
Ice cream though? bad
>I had a serving of cheese (healthy) and fruits (healthy).
Wrong, actually unhealthy to be eating sugar and fat together regardless of the source.
Chicken and rice is delicious you tasteless fricktard. Literally my favorite meal before i even got into fitness. Learn how to cook.
>using dark meat
doesn't count. I meant chicken breast
>I had a serving of cheese (healthy) and fruits (healthy). That combination of saturated fats and sugar is le good.
Nobody thinks eating fat and carbs together is good, you troglodyte
>I had a serving of cheese (healthy) and fruits (healthy). That combination of saturated fats and sugar is le good.
>Ice cream though? bad
This frustrates me more than anything. Good ice cream is literally just cream and some sugar. There is no reason why ice cream is inherently worse than fruits and "healthy" fat.
>
The combination is still unhealthy, who is telling you otherwise?
ok. tell me, with sound physiological and chemical principles, as to why that's the case
>who is telling you otherwise?
There was an article last month claiming that ice cream is good for health. As it's the preferred outcome, anon latched onto this convenient mistruth, much as you see with people advocating for consumption of wine, coffee, and vegetable oils.
Socially tolerated addictions usually get enough media support to keep people comfortable with their habit.
>lots of salt is not unhealthy
>ice cream, where the second ingredient is added sugar, is not unhealthy
you are a fool
>lots of salt is not unhealthy
see
>ice cream, where the second ingredient is added sugar, is not unhealthy
Sugar isn't unhealthy. Is fruit unhealthy?
Sugar and salt are unhealthy
Nope. Neither are.
Yep. both are
Goats are healthy and goats like salt and are cool
Goats are NOT healthy.
Bear propaganda. Goats are ripped because they climb mountains all day. Bears are fat powershitters that sleep all day. Go back to your cave, bear.
Just finished my cut, check it out. Post body, furless.
Prove it
pizza is the most overrated food in the world, I don't know why people are obsessed with it
I don't find any of that stuff tasty or even tempting anymore
Picrel, delicious seasoned chicken with potatoes, onions, and bell peppers that I threw into a pan. I cooked it and so can you.
Please don't use garlic.
Garlic powder seasoning on the veggies but that's optional ofc
Oats + milk or full fat greek yoghurt literally taste like dessert to me now. Even just oats and water taste great to me too. Desensitise yourself to the goyslop anon, and unlock the wonders of the most basic of foods.
some morons here will come and tell you that oats are unhealthy
thats weird i find beef rice and beans to taste so fricking good and better than all that shit. could eat like 5k calories of that
LOOOOONDOOOOOOOON
They've trained your tastebuds to love shit. Grains and seed oils have been pushed on us since the 70s. They told us they were good for us and we believed the lie. You're just addicted to garbage. If you switch to a animal-based diet of meat, eggs, milk fat etc you'd look better, feel better and you'd learn to love them like our ancestors did before us.
Your a pavlovian experiment that was very successful. Break the addiction or be fricked forever.
Tbh I actually exclusively eat the foods you listed, and raw at that, I just made this thread hoping to bait out vegans and ray peaters. here is a recent meal of mine
>why does popcorn taste good?
This'll bait the vegans for sure
only popcorn with butter and cheese, not plain popcorn
Popcorn with just salt tastes great you fatso
no it doesnt it tastes like shit
you are a dumb fatty, I recommend neck hangs x failure
Im right. Popcorn on its own tastes terrible
absolutely fricking based. do you prefer lamb or veal brain?
I like veal brain. However my favorite fatty meal is just raw butter mixed with egg yolk, i love it
You have an eating disorder
why?
Looks like shit
Tastes like shit
Lmao imagine eating rotting meat just because your "ancestors" did it. You talk like a salesman, "everything you know is a LIE, the experts had it WRONG, let me tell you the one super secret to awakening your ancestors hidden powers."
>pizza
Can be healthy. It should just be flour, tomatoes, and cheese + a bit of olive oil and basil. Maybe some toppings if you like. Not even that calorie dense.
>ice cream
Healthy. It’s just milk, eggs, and sugar. Lowers risk of ‘beetus and heart disease.
>pufa covered noodles with MSG
Homemade noodles should be healthy. Nothing inherently unhealthy about it, takeout is just mcdonalds tier. Msg is extremely overrated. Use five spice.
>bread covered in butter and lots of salt
Healthy.
>nachos
Can be healthy, can not be. Depends what you put on them. They are obviously high in calories because they are deep fried.
>popcorn covered in melted butter and cheese
This isn’t even good.
>Lowers risk of ‘beetus and heart disease
You are a moron.
>he didn’t read the harvard studies
Anon… don’t tell me… you didn’t take the ice cream pill?
I don't care about that reddit shit dude, sugar and fat undisputedly causes heart disease
Sugar and fat are in literally everything, natural or not. What do you think we are supposed to eat? Are you seriously saying that a good diet is exclusively glucose and protein. You can't even absorb most vitamins without fat.
Either protein and fat or very minimal protein and carbs. Eating carbs and protein together is also terrible. But yes they are in everything, thats why people are so unhealthy
Oh your a ketotard. Makes sense.
people need more ketones it's good for their brain
You are correct but for the wrong reasons. Keto diets don't work but you should go into ketosis every so often while fasting.
keto diets do work (for health). CICO is all that works for weightloss ofc
Long term keto diets cause iron toxicity which causes aging by activating m-TOR. Have fun dying early
>thats why people are so unhealthy
I wish stupidity were a terminal illness because then you'd be fricking dead already and I wouldn't have to accidentally read such moronic statements.
You sound mentally unhealthy. Lack of brain lubrication
>You can't even absorb most vitamins without fat.
I tried to explain this to people who were skim milk drinkers that were very upset to see that I had whole milk in my home, but their eyes glazed over as their SSRIs started kicking in.
It’s the devil trying to trick you
Sorry I meant israelites
To weed out the weak.
Depends on what you mean by "unhealthy" and "healthy". Everything can be a poison and poison can be a cure. So if you are generally healthy you can eat an ice cream, the thing is, most people don't eat a lot of it. Following the ice cream example, it can be made from different ingredients and have quality nutrients that will be beneficial to you, or it can be made only from sugar and packed with artificial flavoring so you develop cravings and buy more of it and never get your fill. In any case it's not a good idea to eat a lot of it and normal non-obese person won't do it, but in case with artificial flavoring and sugar it's easy to get carried away and eat more than you want to right?
But generally unhealthy for me means using drugs, smoke, drink etc. If you want have good slice of pizza does it mean it's going to do any harm to you? I don't think so, it will definitely make you feel good and can be beneficial. I don't see any point in calling it unhealthy, even water can be unhealthy so what's the point?
>Following the ice cream example, it can be made from different ingredients and have quality nutrients that will be beneficial to you
A store i know sells Ice cream made from organic grass fed milk. Not exactly a clean label product but ingredient wise it doesn't get any better than this.
If that were unpasteurized (raw) milk then it would possibly do more good than harm. Probably not, as most stores in the US aren't allowed to sell real milk .
I'm not from the US but i bet that it is pasteurized. There is only one farm in my region that is known for selling unpasteurized milk commerically, i buy it semi-regularly to make kefir.
Everything in excess is unhealthy. It's just that we only eat tasty foods in excess, hence why it is unhealthy. If you think about it, tasty nutrients are actually quite healthy. Protein, fat, sugar, these are all very good for you in quantities that are typically found in nature. It would have been healthy practice for a hunter-gather to actively seek them out. However, the israelites have artificially extracted these healthy nutrients and injected them into slop in excessive amounts to sell to goys. We call this goyslop.
It seems like everyone here wants to live like cave men. Is it not human nature to strive for higher ideals? Developping art, science and technology includes maxing out the cooking skill to make food as delicious as possible. Sure Juice have corrupted that development, but that doesn't mean that we should throw the baby out with the bathwater and eat bland food. There are all sorts of oily, salty, sugary and acidic ''processed'' foods that are nutritious and flavor enhancing if made in a traditional, artisinal, honest way like olive oil, tomatopaste, pepper paste, shrimp paste, miso, vinegar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, honey and so on.
It's a waste of time and energy to try and make food taste good. Given that I do no have infinite time, I would rather not bother
I agree with a bit of nuance. Most people have never learned how to cook well and without a family member to teach you it takes a lot to learn for little reward because most examples online are atrocious. However: some simple ingredient or technique can make a world of difference.
I make pizza that’s not too unhealthy
wheat pita
>>no sugar tomato sauce
veggies
pepperoni or chicken breast
Top shelf oven on broil, done in two minutes
because you have a so fricking shitty habit of eating shit you actually find shitty food more tasty than healthy food. if you stopped being a fricking fatso and actually learned to appreciate good food you would find subconciously trash food disgusting.
I can tell that she has BPD from the way her mouth is shaped plus her shoulder width. They are *literally* all the same, I spot them from miles away
get some bread, caviar, creme fraiche and butter and tell me it isn’t the best thing you’ve ever eaten fatty
>get something unhealthy and tell me it doesnt taste good
????
Unironically I'd bet your average amerilard would prefer his mcgoyslop
Out of those listed I only like pizza. All other things are disgusting.
What flag is that in the back? Asexuality?
I think it's bi
Easily digestible calories are rare in nature, so foods that are calorically high taste better to encourage you to eat them because "you never know when your next meal might be."
Grease, carbs, loaded with preservatives which are masked with extra sugars.
Dont care, still eating them
