I wish I didnt swallow the muh +20 reps is cardio meme
I literally wasted like 3 fricking years
doing weighted calisthenics but for strength??
I dont even know what I was doing, but 3 years laters, although I barely benched, my bench is below 225.... And the strength of my back and legs is intermediate....
FUUUUUCK
Calisthenics works if you do weighted dips and pull ups for high reps
even if you run out of weight, you just keep doing reps until failure
Pull ups should be trained everyday...
Legs well, they help in keeping you lean and make the moves harder because they weigh more
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA IM A FRICKING RETAAAARD
Frick off, some DYEL tricked me a year ago to start doing a similar plan. This is me after a one year of doing pull ups, dips and push ups like a mad man. Even after I finally got to 12 pull ups and added weight, things barely changed
I'm not Indian, I'm European. I'm not even tanned, it's the light of my bathroom
What’s your diet like
First six months because I was a fat slob and lost around 15kg/30lb, then I'm trying to bulk since then. Gained 3kg, though I know I'm not eating enough

Hello fellow sir. I too am calisthenics dominant and look like an obese piece of shit. What is ur diet like?
You look good bro. How much weight you use for dips and pull ups? You also look shorter than me, since I'm 1,93 meters

lmao.
Do natty tallgays think that they can get unironically muscular?
You look great sir, with that height you can afford just being somewhat thin, as long as you don't arch your back. You don't need to be like an overcompensating turbo manlet like me
Idek I stick to chins kettlebell swings front squat and push ups though

I'ma be honest I don't do pull ups but my best chin up is a very weak 25lbs for 8 reps.im also 1.753 meters and weigh 95.25 kgs
You could take it a step further, no rings, just hindu push ups, monkey crawls, inchworms, push ups and handstands. Been doing crawling a lot lately and man, it really works out the waist/armpit/core area that's missing out on regular exercises.
We are meant to crawl as humans to attain durable bodies that are both strong and nimble as much as we are meant to run for cardio and mobility.
Rings aren't even essential for most people because of deficit push-ups and straight-bar dips but they're good too. >but what about weight
Meh high reps makes you jacked too. K boges is proof of this and his vibe towards lifting is pretty ideal, working out should be simple and be able to be done in your backyard. I'm very much over consumer-core home gyms and commercial gyms. You need a bar and you're good to look hot.
about 6 years ago I did nothing but dips, chinups (added weight as I progressed), hanging knee raises and crunches for 6 months. Potato pic related was the result. ymmv
I did nothing but push-ups, pullups, situps, and running for a couple years waayyy back in the day, this was the result. I weighed about 145lbs at 5'9" and could run a sub 18 minute 5k and do about 70 push-ups and 22 pullups in 2 minutes each respectively. It was fun but I enjoy lifting weights more.
Picrel's main press is 3x5 weighted dips, although he has old vids of benching in powerlifting meets so
Also doesn't add weight to his pullups as far as I've seen, does them inbetween sets of overhead press, might just be this cycle I don't know

What are those?
Eye bolts to attach the rings to your ceiling joists
>solves upper body
>shows a dyel in the top image
Wow. Really solved huh.
Show us your upper body then king.
You first "Mr solved"
>and then neither of them proceeded to post body
>heh that 15 year old kid is totally DYEL, nice proof lmao
Then don't claim to have solved upperbody. Post someone with an actual nice upperbody. You shouldn't be using dyels as your example
Can someone post that reddit post of a slav guy doing pullups for like 10 years?
needs to be humbled.
I swear it was top post on /bodyweightfitness/, maybe they cleaned it up, since OP account was deleted long time ago.
Here's another one

don't understand
calisthenics bad?
Good.
20-30 reps are still good for strength and size development. Especially if it's Pull-ups or Dips.
youre complaining that youre weak, and your solution is to do sets of 20?
you are really stupid...
>solves calisthenics
why is it heavy on abs and obliques? what's the physics here
You're holding up your legs with only your abs
but abs ain't bent in this position
You're training the negative, you're resisting the bending of your abs.

You are most likely Italian if anything.

Cope. You're a brownoid and need to go back to Africa.
What’s your diet like
Hello fellow sir. I too am calisthenics dominant and look like an obese piece of shit. What is ur diet like?
Big fat incel mole on your back, the pussy repellant
My gf named it Tyrone, it adds character
Idek I stick to chins kettlebell swings front squat and push ups though

Larping moron
What's your routine big Black person?
Back looks good, keep doing pullups
You clearly did something wrong.
I know I'm not big, but I use calisthenics for things like lats, abs and neck. Weights for everything else. I do use hand grippers too.
you cannot do 12 pull ups with a body like that, you're 100% not doing them properly and overcounting
>some DYEL

That isn't boges by the way. Probably not natty but neither are gymcels.
Calisthenics only workouts bore me to absolute tears. Sometimes a homie just gotta pick stuff up and put it down again
what do you do for legs tho
about 6 years ago I did nothing but dips, chinups (added weight as I progressed), hanging knee raises and crunches for 6 months. Potato pic related was the result. ymmv
forgot pic
how do you hit your traps
why do you want to look less wide?
Why do you want to look less thick
because its better aestethically?
Uh no
Handstand push-ups and Australian pull-ups m8
Weighted chinups blew my traps up. They're the only good body part I have.

*in one set, not in two minutes
Has calisthenics solved legs though?
Split squats, pistols and running
What are those?
What are those?
Expansion anchor bolts with ring to put into your ceiling
Carabiners to connect the ring straps with the anchor bolt rings
?t=75
Chad
troony
Anon I think you might moronic, I would check with a doc just to be sure.
It's to hang the rings from the ceiling.
Picrel's main press is 3x5 weighted dips, although he has old vids of benching in powerlifting meets so

Eye bolts to attach the rings to your ceiling joists
I'm too fat to do pull ups
Good, that means you'll get even better strength gains.
it's okay anon you can do assisted :3 i believe in you
time to cut
Damn i need dip googles now
upper body
it's solved alright when ur shoulders blow up from all the impingement movements 😀
Using rings to dip solves the impingement issue because you can get external rotation. Get fricked, Cuckaliere.
