Then don't claim to have solved upperbody. Post someone with an actual nice upperbody. You shouldn't be using dyels as your example

I wish I didnt swallow the muh +20 reps is cardio meme
I literally wasted like 3 fricking years
doing weighted calisthenics but for strength??
I dont even know what I was doing, but 3 years laters, although I barely benched, my bench is below 225.... And the strength of my back and legs is intermediate....
    FUUUUUCK

Calisthenics works if you do weighted dips and pull ups for high reps
even if you run out of weight, you just keep doing reps until failure

Pull ups should be trained everyday...
Legs well, they help in keeping you lean and make the moves harder because they weigh more

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA IM A FRICKING RETAAAARD

        Good.
20-30 reps are still good for strength and size development. Especially if it's Pull-ups or Dips.

Frick off, some DYEL tricked me a year ago to start doing a similar plan. This is me after a one year of doing pull ups, dips and push ups like a mad man. Even after I finally got to 12 pull ups and added weight, things barely changed

        What’s your diet like

First six months because I was a fat slob and lost around 15kg/30lb, then I'm trying to bulk since then. Gained 3kg, though I know I'm not eating enough

You look good bro. How much weight you use for dips and pull ups? You also look shorter than me, since I'm 1,93 meters

You could take it a step further, no rings, just hindu push ups, monkey crawls, inchworms, push ups and handstands. Been doing crawling a lot lately and man, it really works out the waist/armpit/core area that's missing out on regular exercises.

We are meant to crawl as humans to attain durable bodies that are both strong and nimble as much as we are meant to run for cardio and mobility.

  6. 3 months ago

Rings aren't even essential for most people because of deficit push-ups and straight-bar dips but they're good too.
    >but what about weight
Meh high reps makes you jacked too. K boges is proof of this and his vibe towards lifting is pretty ideal, working out should be simple and be able to be done in your backyard. I'm very much over consumer-core home gyms and commercial gyms. You need a bar and you're good to look hot.

I did nothing but push-ups, pullups, situps, and running for a couple years waayyy back in the day, this was the result. I weighed about 145lbs at 5'9" and could run a sub 18 minute 5k and do about 70 push-ups and 22 pullups in 2 minutes each respectively. It was fun but I enjoy lifting weights more.

Carabiners to connect the ring straps with the anchor bolt rings

Picrel's main press is 3x5 weighted dips, although he has old vids of benching in powerlifting meets so
Also doesn't add weight to his pullups as far as I've seen, does them inbetween sets of overhead press, might just be this cycle I don't know

Using rings to dip solves the impingement issue because you can get external rotation. Get fricked, Cuckaliere.
