Sometimes I wish I was a guy.

I love fitness, but I'm super fricking weak. I have no female friends remotely interested in working out, sports, or anything fitness related. I love running and biking (basically the only two things I'm okay at). I want to run a marathon one day without stopping, but I'm a beginner and I'm still trying to build my endurance up. I see dudes flying right past me with no problem all the time. I can't lift for shit. I struggle to lift a 20 lb dumbbell. I can't swim, I can't throw, I can't even hit a fricking ball. What's wrong with me?

    What's wrong with you is you're a woman. On top of being biologically weaker, you probably never had anyone show you how to do those things when you were a kid. Most boys learn how to throw and hit balls when they're like 5 years old. You may have worse hand-eye coordination, but most of the reason you can't do it at all is you never practiced it when you were younger. Don't expect to be good at things you only just started learning how to do overnight.

      I know its gonna take a while, I just feel if I was born as a dude the process would be faster.
      My dad never really got me into sports. I had to beg my parents to play a sport.

      Sounds like you need to do cardio in the morning and up your protein intake, and keep in mind that although women have less than 10% of the testosterone of a man, you can still make decent gains if you put in the effort. The results won't be overnight, don't get frustrated.

      Would carbs also help?

    There's nothing wrong with you, you're still a beginner. You have to work hard in order to get there and even if you were a man then nothing would change about it. Women have this idea that men are like women just stronger, but like that troony said: men are actually a lot lonelier. This person also ended up killing herself because she couldn't take it anymore. Women confide much easier in each other about issues, men do not.
