Eat it after too anon. Fuckin i was watching this rich piana video right. And this dude just made a massive thing of spaghetti and meat sauce. Started packaging it all up and stuff. Saying well its cheap and pretty fuckin good too. Hard not to agree with that logic honestly.
i want to start eating pasta but i'm literally too fucking lazy
the 10 minutes of having to actively boil it in a pot of water and drain it seems like too much effort versus just pouring water in my rice cooker every morning and forgetting about it for the rest of the day
I eat this before a heavy lift day. Fuels me for the entire 2+ hour workout. No other carb fills with me energy like pasta, if I eat rice before a workout I just feel hungry and not as powerful.
i think this is what i'm going to do going forward. a pound of ground beef is like 5 or so usd. bags of pasta are literally a dollar, tomatos then a dollar or two tops. thats about it you know. or more ingredients cant go wrong.

Thats a nice looking Euro spaghetti. The difference between Euro spaghetti and US spaghetti is they break the spaghetti in the US.
Too many heckin' carbs!
Its not that bad fren
I know it doesn't fulfill macros as well but pesto sauce on any kind of pasta is to die for

My Sunday routine is making meat sauce for the week. Cheap, easy, quick, tastes good, and most important it's quality protein
