>spend all day eating the worst food possible, doused in seed oils and processed to shit
>most of the time don’t even have access to weights, all cardio
>still develop impressive physiques and are in great health while there
Does jail smash every fitness meme on this board?
Survival really does something to the body
The secret is that for warriors what matter is calisthenics and being able to wage war for long enough time.
being able to pick up 200 kg wont help if you cant eveb last 30 seconds
What would be the best way to train for fighting. I watched Andy Galpin's interview on the Huberman podcast, and it was certainly food for thought, things such as lifting with intent, 4-12 minutes at 80% heart rate for VO2 max, and things like that.
Steroids still exist in jail and you bet your tight butthole you want to look like you could kill some one with your bare hands in jail otherwise you're not gonna make it

>doused in seed oils
whats the problem with seed oils?
they get oxidized easily, causing oxidative stress to the body. they also might disrupt satiety signaling: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pIRurLnQ8oo
>they get oxidized easily, causing oxidative stress to the body
in english, doc
when you eat french fries at the local fast food restaurant, the oil they fry them in hasn't been changed out in weeks, and goes rancid. when you eat it, it shoots off little oxygen radicals which start fricking up shit in your body - imagine a racketball bouncing around in nice house - unless your body has the ability to handle it. everyone has a certain antioxidant capacity, younger people have more, that's why older people are more sensitive to their diet and also why they look like shit.

you don't have to grow your own food, just cook your own food.
so I eat french fries, restaurant most likely, once a week tops, how bad is that?
probably not that bad since you're young and fit (i'm guessing). those older fat office workers could help themselves out by ditching the fast food.
So what oil do I use to cook meat at home? You need to use some sort of oil
Coconut, olive, avocado, butter, animal fat, ghee
Cool. Thanks anon. I guess I should have figured the clue was in the name 'seed' oil lol
butter, ghee, lard, tallow, coconut oil, olive oil. meat you can cook in its own fat
>meat you can cook in its own fat
this is all i do. mostly chicken thighs i pull the skin off one and fry that then add the diced meat
Only olive oil, cold pressed and if possible organic, only other oil you should be using is coconut oil and don't listen to any dumb c**t on IST, what ever you do. Do Not Use Any Other Oil
Aren't seed oils impossible to escape? Obviously you can take active measures to lower your intake; but aren't we basically all fricked unless we grow our own produce?
>file name
I'm not paying for those
PED's are common in prison
Tyson was roided out since his teens its ridiculous to believe anything else
He just had insane genetics. You can see it in his earliest years before he even started boxing. Guy was physically blessed.
He was a science project for an old man who created him mentally and physically.
it’s the power of BBC
