    All compounds increase test, literally just train normally but use compounds as starting exercises, that's fricking it.
    Back days - Deadlifts, pull ups
    Cheat days - BP, Dips
    Leg days - Squats, OHP
    Or if you have arms days, do OHP there.
    Alternatively combine them and do 4 time 3-5 sets of olympic lifts at short rep range a week for the same effect
    This shit's been done for generations now everyone fricking knows it

    He never rests, eats like shit AND does night shifts.
    It doesn't matter if those are fricked.
    He could just have a programmed training for his 4 days off work and do negligible intensity on his work days but he does not.
    It's the strategy I use (however I don't train at all on my work days) and I've been accused of roiding.
