I haven't tested 1rm's in a while, but the last time I did:
140kg 1rm bench press (I could do more now I think)
90kg 1rm overhead press
160kg 1rm squat (I usually enjoy doing 100kgs for 20 reps)
190kg 1rm deadlift

Okay so did you just make this as an humble brag or what? You are obviously absurdly experienced lifter and you have reached the absolute natural peak. You are literally 2kg heavier than Kinobody, both lean. Like what are you expecting? Kinobody reached this physique in 2013 and he still looks the same in 2024. When you are natural, you just come to a dead halt at a certain point.
You made it gz, you got your humble brag. Now you can just lift 1-2x a week and maintain that instead of lifting 6x a week and also maintain that. Or start taking steroids if you are still mentally ill.
I made the thread because I'm stalling and also wanted to post my physique. Steroids sound scary however.

If you are stalling on your lifts, do a weak point analysis and work on your weak points.
Do a re-composition. Your arms are overdeveloped for your body, not hating, just bodybuilding feedback. It looks like you over train them. When you have body parts that are lagging behind, you hit them twice a week, and hit your strong points only for maintenance.
If you are stalling on your deadlift, do deficient deadlifts.
If you are stalling on your bench press, do rack pulls and accessory back work for each region of your back.
If you are stalling on your squats, improve your mobility, start micro loading, or do a proper squat program.
Pre-fatigue your strong, large muscles before engaging in your lagging muscles, so you can get a better workout.
At 5'11 | 176lbs what are your lifts?

The last thing I will say to you is this. You have also outgrown your training program based on your body. Switch to a proper split with the solid foundation you have built and move away from PPL. PPL is for beginner to intermediate lifters trying to build a foundation, and you are neither.
Don't go crazy on legs either. Increase the size of your shoulders, reduce the size of your arms(biceps/triceps). Increase the size of your brachialis. End up at a nice 182-184lbs, lean. That is the sweet spot for the height you say you are. Very feasible to maintain naturally for years and decades to come.
P.S. You are looking good, no homo. Now take it to the next level.
A good lifter humblebragging and sharing his programming is a million times better than all the bad lifters wienerybragging and showing off ego lifts and shit physiques.

This was after cutting. I always do tons of cardio so I stay fairly lean however. I was a complete fat frick in 2022. Went from 105kgs to 70kgs and climbed my way back to 80 slowly

i wish i could have gotten this big on my bulk i got to 245 at at 6ft tall and just couldn’t gain any weight anymore and i was stalling on all my lifts so i decided to just bite the bullet and cut
most of the weight i gained was from drinking alcohol in excessive amounts (orange juice and vodka which is peaty). but frick, i was still strong at my heaviest and after cutting i have a decent physique

I’d suggest doing a 16 week training block of focusing on your week points and keeping enough volume to maintain your other muscles groups.
