I can do 8-9 strict pullups while weighing 80kg. I can't do more than 4 dips with proper form.
Those pressing standards are extremely lenient. You should at least be able to bench your body weight, really you should be benching significantly more than your body weight for reps.

Why do you all care so much about running? It's objectively a bad form of exercise. Excessive cardio doesn't even help you. 30 minutes on an elliptical 3x a week will give you all the cardiovascular training you will ever need with no stress on your knees.
