Standing job killing my gains?

I've noticed a decrease in my glute and hip size.
I work at a job where the 8 hours I'm there I'm standing, currently my routine is 20 reps of 276lbs and then 2 rest days, will this atrophy my muscle?
And is there anyway I can get back up to doing 40 reps of 280lbs?

Also need advice on getting my protein in, I'm drinking around 90 grams of protein and then eating a chicken based meal for dinner. I don't eat a lot of solid food to avoid bloat.

        for strength, 3-5, for size 8-12, you should focus on progressive overload instead of just adding more reps to an unreasonable amount, at that point you're just training your endurance

            no, I meant rep range being 8-12, do like 3 sets with a weight where the 8th rep will feel hard, then slowly build up to 3 sets of 9, then up to 10, then up to 11, and up to 12, once you're at 3 sets of 12, increase the weight instead of reps, and start at 3 sets of 8 again, and repeat

              I wasn't formally diagnosed but it was noticeable, already had breasts pre-hrt, and I do look like a pear, just more filled out because of the HRT and maintaining my workout, I started HRT at 15, currently 20, so my body filled out nicely
