The inverse is actually happening, back before I move while it was really rural the only thing that actually took time was the endocrinologist shit, but the finasteride shipments were REALLY fast. Now I live in a somewhat populated area and only now am I starting to see frickery with getting my prescriptions filled. The pendulum swings from one side of the nightmare to the other. It doesn't help that I've been rationing the topical dutasteride compound because of the moronic shipping times.

Time to embrace it. I started balding at 20, hated the look of longer hair with thinning bangs, so I started buzzing my head shorter and shorter and by 22 I was rocking the bald and bearded look. Grow a beard if you can, and start shaving/buzzing your head. I use the clippers without any attachments, its more convenient for me than a clean shave. Embracing baldness conveys a lot more confidence than trying to cover it up with weird styling, hair pieces, or most treatments/surgeries. Many women, like my longtime gf, LOVE a bald man. Don't even spare a thought for any woman who gives a shit whether or not you have hair, never been an issue for me and I'm no chad.
Bald and bearded makes you look ten years older than you are. OP, go to turkey and get hair transplant surgery it isnt that expensive. Dont fall for the "just shave it bro" advice, it's crabs in a bucket. Yeah, while it's not nightmare mode yet I'd still like to look into a transplant about 2 years down the road, but one of the major things that's keeping me waiting on that is I heard that they found a new properties for a drug that's already FDA approved and that its being considered for being used in hair transplants so that the donor region can be restored, would be nice to see this become common practice before getting one.
Problem here is I had it almost completely turned around with those(started taking fin orally because it was easier) but then it started again with increased brutality and speed. When you stop taking fin or dut or if it becomes ineffective you will start losing hair at an extremely accelerated pace.

Females also suffer from androgenic alopecia interestingly enough, it just comes in a different pattern for them(slow diffuse thinning) so people usually dont notice it until they get absolutely fricked. Still though it's something that should be worth fighting against by any means you have.

I feel like people who bald earlier have higher test. I rarely see men who are bald who don't have a beard, or look high test. I'm 23 years old, and my hair hasn't looked any much different since I was 15 years old. I'm a hapa though so maybe that has something to do with it- and I have low test I'm sure.
