Yes this is a problem with sports bjj. They don't teach any effective takedowns becuase there is no benefit in standing up for winning a match.

Work harder on recovery. Clean up your sleep hygiene, that's probably the biggest thing. Make sure you're eating right. Do cold plunges, etc.
You may have to adjust your lifting program. Lighten the load and/or decrease volume, and gradually build back up.
don't worry anon your body will adjust after a few months, happened to me too. just make sure you're eating enough

Cut back on one or the other of both.
I used to do BJJ and lift and do Muay Thai, the reality is pick a sport. Lift to support that sport through a generalize strength preperation program.
I found All of Pavel's programs to be excellent programs that didn't leave me drained for BJJ and it made me that stupid kind of strong where you can out wrestle your opponent but don't really get better at BJJ.
