i want to eat more eggs but they always stick to the pan when i scramble them and it makes it a pain in the ass to clean
ceramic nonstick, or learn to cast iron.
I use stainless, the method with stainless is to get it pretty hot but it always overcooks the eggs so I just put in my butter and let it heat up a bit and then put in my eggs, it sticks a tiny bit but not much. It’s easier to clean and makes better eggs

put a little bit of oil on the pan and spread it around the pan. you dont need a ton bro. you just want a light film of Grease. i dont even use oil, personally i make bacon w my eggs and just use the leftover bacon grease (after getting rid of Most of the leftover fat; you really just need a thin layer) as the pan-lubricant lol. Never sticks.
I just started cooking my eggs sunny side up, toss them in a bowl, and cut the yokes with a knife to spread them around the whites. Not exactly scrambled but I got sick of scrubbing out my “non stick” pan, too.
