>start lifting
>get a cold
It’s every fricking time. Maybe I wouldn’t be dyel if I could lift for more than two weeks without getting sick.

Fix your diet and stop smoking ciggies and most importantly, dont @ me.
Push through it, gay
There's no reason to not lift while sick if you're still physically able to
OP listen to this (). You're a b***h making excuses. No one cares if you have a little cough, a runny nose, and a sore throat. Get your ass in the gym and eat your damn food. A little mental fortitude will take you a long way if you let it.
not OP but I’m mot making excuses, I’m just curious about the science behind it, though I’m sure you don’t know jackshit about that tou moronic homosexual
Based on how angry you are I'm calling this cope. You can't even type properly because you're shaking with rage. Just stop being a lazy dyel then you'll no longer be a lazy dyel.
just I suspected, too moronic to know the answer
You're not going to man up and work out just cause a stranger on the internet pissed you off?
It's pretty obvious, lifting stimulates your immune system for muscle healing so you're just experiencing some generalized inflammation symptoms because you're built like a b***h
so then resume lifting in 3 days when you feel normal again.
>a thread died for this
Gotta boost your immune system a bit more. Eat more bell peppers or take your vitamins.
I've been sick with a virus every two weeks since the start of September. I don't think the issue is lifting, there is just shit going around.
It has been like this for the last 10 years though
booster status?
If you have a fever and feel very lethargic, don't lift. If you're at 80-90% with the sniffles, go lift.
>If you have a fever and feel very lethargic, don't lift
Arbitrary standards. If you can lift, lift. It won't make your disease worse, if anything it'll help fight it 99% of the times. Alas, you're probably one of those people who take anti-inflammatories to feel good.
Same shit happen to me
Sounds like you don't eat anywhere near enough carbs and fat
Also, wash your hands
The gym is the nastiest place you go
its not as big of a deal as you are making it out to be. past 4 months ive had covid once (with 40c fever) and just general mild flu whatever illness with lil bit of fever and stuffed nose and sore throat 2 times. And Ive still made gains. Just as good gains as I did in a 4 month period start of this year when I was fully healthy.
When you are completely bed ridden, just rest. When you are not, just do whatever you can good at the gym. You are not an elite level athlete. Its so funny to me when pear anon looking morons larp as someone kind of professional bodybuilder. They literally have more strict training regime and diet than IFBB pro's. Just get a fricking grip, its enough for you if you just stopped eating chips.
Dont lick the barbells, dont touch your face/wipe Sweat from Browns etc., and wash your fricking hands like a surgeon .. soap foam turns black after a gym sesh its that nasty.
Ppl learned nothing from covid
are you vitamin d deficient? and do you consume enough vitamin c?
>cool dry air comes in every year
>every year eczema acts up because of it and Im always itchy
What the frick man
wtf, just started lifting again yesterday after a long hiatus and woke up sick today… why does this happen
