There's no reason to not lift while sick if you're still physically able to

OP listen to this (). You're a b***h making excuses. No one cares if you have a little cough, a runny nose, and a sore throat. Get your ass in the gym and eat your damn food. A little mental fortitude will take you a long way if you let it.

It's pretty obvious, lifting stimulates your immune system for muscle healing so you're just experiencing some generalized inflammation symptoms because you're built like a b***h

so then resume lifting in 3 days when you feel normal again.

I've been sick with a virus every two weeks since the start of September. I don't think the issue is lifting, there is just shit going around.

If you have a fever and feel very lethargic, don't lift. If you're at 80-90% with the sniffles, go lift.

        >If you have a fever and feel very lethargic, don't lift
Arbitrary standards. If you can lift, lift. It won't make your disease worse, if anything it'll help fight it 99% of the times. Alas, you're probably one of those people who take anti-inflammatories to feel good.

its not as big of a deal as you are making it out to be. past 4 months ive had covid once (with 40c fever) and just general mild flu whatever illness with lil bit of fever and stuffed nose and sore throat 2 times. And Ive still made gains. Just as good gains as I did in a 4 month period start of this year when I was fully healthy.

When you are completely bed ridden, just rest. When you are not, just do whatever you can good at the gym. You are not an elite level athlete. Its so funny to me when pear anon looking morons larp as someone kind of professional bodybuilder. They literally have more strict training regime and diet than IFBB pro's. Just get a fricking grip, its enough for you if you just stopped eating chips.
