Dosage too high? These drugs come with side effects. If they outweigh the positives try a different type.

Just because you have ‘ADHD’ doesn’t mean Amphetamine affects you differently, and just because it’s prescribed doesn’t mean you aren’t taking amphetamine.
It’s a drug, stop taking it, there’s no cure or even real solution to ADHD. There’s some shoddy research that amphetamine improves performance and if it’s basically “ah what the hell just give them amphetamine” equivalent in medical intervention. In truth it does nothing to relieve your symptoms, research confirms this, all it actually does according to meta analyses is improve subjective feeling of well being (it’s fricking amphetamine, no shit).

There really isn't a dosage that's medicinal. It's good for studying for exams but ADD / ADHD are shams. I was diagnosed with severe ADHD as a kid and instead of taking Adderall I just sold it to other kids and I ended up getting through college just fine. You're supposed to be bored easily and have shifting interests. It's unnatural to be the other way around.

Lifting and running both cause a release of phenethylamine in your brain, which does exactly what adderall does except with a shorter half life. So you've essentially replaced your brain's "adderall" with adderall from the pharmacy.
