>It's all glycogen manipulation.
You are moronic. You think your body can swing by 7kg in 2 weeks from glycogen?
Your next line will be "b-but it retains water", which isn't true for that weight unless you're talking about your tiny brain. That level of weight swing doesn't happen from anything but fat unless you're a professional fighter and just got done with a grueling dry fast cut to make weight, which I doubt is your case.
Either fix your calorie math or post body so that we can screencap this thread for humor threads.

I am literally gaining 5-6 kg during the day from the food and water i consume every day. How fricking dyel are you?
Not the guy you're replying to. I'm 182 cm. Around 13% body fat. I usually wake up at 72 kg. If I eat well during the day, I go to bed weighing 76-77 kg.
Why do skynny dyels do this?
They always seem to post pictures of themselves flexing their "bicep" and puffing out their chest, yet, they seemingly have no muscle. I've seen this too often to be a one off thing, do people not realize how dyel they look? OP's pic isn't even the worst example. I feel like its similar to how only 10% of people realize they're obese or guess their bmi accurately.
Also whats with the increase in dudes looking at anavar chics simping and saying they're natty but then going around accusing dudes with any ab definition of roiding? I swear IST wasn't always this bad.
bulking =/= getting fat, cut back a little on your diet, you're probably overdoing it.
>you're probably overdoing it
No, i'm not. I'm not even in a surplus yet. Just regaining glycogen after cut.
It's possible to gain twice as much in half that time. It's all glycogen manipulation.
It's about 15g of glicogen per kg of muscle brah. Do you weigh half a ton?

over 7kg in 2 weeks
Is that even possible?
I think he has to eat in a 4000 cal surplus every day or something moronic like that
>gained over 7kg in 2 weeks
You know you've gained like 200g of muscle and the rest is fat right?
It's literally 100% lean mass and not even a gram of fat.
Everybody fricking knows thats mostly water... is this your first day here?
>Everybody fricking knows thats mostly water
Clearly not everybody as you can see here:
>It's all glycogen manipulation.
