Pretty much correct but your test levels are still more or less the same when you are 30 as they are when you were 18. And after that they pretty much remain the same in your 40,50,60,70,80 as they were when you were are teenager.

This was data based on over 100k blood samples so its pretty accurate. Its so funny when people talk about "muhh toxic levels of testosterone in my teens" when the levels are pretty much the fricking same your entire life.

Grim. Like between 18-25 are your prime years and you couldn't get your butt into drive but now that your test levels, energy, and motivation is in free fall, you think NOW is when you'll change? Lmao, it's going to be twice as hard go get a good physique. If you couldn't do it then you won't be able to do it now

What planet are you people living on? The only way for me to possibly get revenge is to pretend that this isn't happening. Do what you do.

    never too late.

Let's say you just stop training because it's "over at 25", by the time you're 30 you'll regret not having worked out seriously, by 30 you'd have an insane physique granted you're not moronic

I started at 28 lol. It's probably pretty common actually, since when you're in your teens and early 20s you can eat shit food and drink like a fish all you want and still maintain a decent physique since the hormones are doing most of the work for you, but after that you have to put effort in if you don't want to feel like a 60 year old dude all the time.

    >learned how to lift (form, exercises, basic programming) during high school
    >couldn't fit it into my uni schedule, "let myself go" through my early 20s
    >got back into it at 26 once I had a steady job in my field
    >now pushing 30 in the best shape of my life
