        I’m actually making more progress now doing less intense shit now that I’m on medically supervised hormone therapy.

        I literally wasted my entire youth working hard for no reason.

        -standing dumbbell curls (one arm set at a time)
        -barbell curls
        -incline bench hammer curls
        but my favourite one is incline bench dumbbell curls, you REALLY feel every bit of those, excellent pumping feeling when peformed.
