Yes but only if you leave this place. Read the wiki and then pretend IST doesn't exist because this board is an absolute fricking shithole now.

Not if this is your attitude you don't.

Starting at 29 isn't as good as starting at like 18, but it's better than starting at 30, and certainly better than never starting at all...

You have infinitely more of a shot than if you've started lifting. We're All Gonna Make It.

  11. 4 months ago

Yes. With repeatedly applied effort you will make it, but it will be harder and take longer than it would have 10 years ago

It took me 9 months of heavy and very serious lifting, at age 29, to fill a shirt. Hit back 4 times a week ( i have separated into Lat focused days and upper back focused days) for maxx gainz.

Chest is a noob trap, it requires a lot of time because it's a deceptively, and stretched out, small muscle. So focus on mastering dips.

Afraid not, a bit too late there.
If you are not at your natty peak (takes 5-10 years) by 30, then there's a really high chance (90%) that you're NGMI, sorry. Same goes for your career as well by the way.

Maybe, but very unlikely. Keep your expectations modest and realistic to avoid disappointment.
