This "activation" talk is such a load of shit. You push the weight in ohp, rear delts do exactly the opposite as pulling muscle. Im sure lats are activated in benchpress, but it wont do jack shit to build the lats. Even my calves are activated in ohp, doesnt mean anything

He would for sure look like he lifts in person and next to other people. It's harder to tell in a video when there is no reference

Tight t shirts are how they are traditionally supposed to fit, since they are undergarments.

What does he do for a living anyway? I know he has a master in linguistics. And his work allows him to work up to 70 hours per week if it's needed.

He's said he works in data. Probably works for some company that operates proof reading software for novels or something along those lines

he said in a video he works in AI, but he recently said he changed jobs (fired because he said he wanted to work extra hours but after kofi page he said no?) so that may have changed

Rear delts are even more important and 99% of lifters are lacking there

any dyel trains medial delts nowadays , it’s the rear which creates 3d look but TikTok crowd hasn’t found out yet it seems

i mean rear delt exercises always feel awkward as frick to me, form is all over the place

Ive been saying this since before social media was a thing. Rear delt gives width, but its harder to get big rear delt than side delts. Its like trying to get big calves

Form + Time under tension > weight

Especially when it comes to small muscles like medial or rear delts

All those dyels swinging around 14-16kg lateral raises are doing it wrong
