lower back could be glutes and hamstrings

i have big ass legs from being a lard ass for most of my life, i was squatting 400 within 6 months of touching a barbell for the first time, and now im fit and have terrible back pain that forced me to change careers. i cant kick high and my hamstrings are always tight.. would stretching help?
Yep stretch your whole pelvis and leg region every day. 3 Times a day for hammies. Deadlift but dont have a nice day on them, do easy reps in the 8-12 rep range and 2-3 times a week and make sure to warm up and dynamic(never static) stretch before them. This shouldnt give doms unless you are untrained. Also make sure you train every single muscle in your core(5 times a week atleast), leg and pelvis region so you dont have very weak ones which causes a lot of issues. Also after your workout foam roll the painfull parts and your hamstrings. Plus lose weight fatty(if applicable). Good nutrition and sleep will also probably help. This fixes it 95%+ of the time in a month or two, if it doesnt go to a doctor or physio.
deadlift at low intensity and then steadily go up
it just werks
