Yep stretch your whole pelvis and leg region every day. 3 Times a day for hammies. Deadlift but dont have a nice day on them, do easy reps in the 8-12 rep range and 2-3 times a week and make sure to warm up and dynamic(never static) stretch before them. This shouldnt give doms unless you are untrained. Also make sure you train every single muscle in your core(5 times a week atleast), leg and pelvis region so you dont have very weak ones which causes a lot of issues. Also after your workout foam roll the painfull parts and your hamstrings. Plus lose weight fatty(if applicable). Good nutrition and sleep will also probably help. This fixes it 95%+ of the time in a month or two, if it doesnt go to a doctor or physio.

Hyperextensions and single leg dumbbell deadlifts. You need to stretch your hamstrings.

Lie down flat on your stomach and try to lift your legs as high as you can until you feel it in your lower back, and repeat this exercise over and over.
