Potassium + carbs >inb4 other fruits have more potassium
Gram for gram yes, but a single banana weighs a good bit over 100g. Meanwhile 100g of raisins (which have 2x more potassium than a banana gram for gram) is a lot more food to eat comparatively. Not to mention that bananas are very convenient to eat. Obviously you should be eating other fruit as well, but there's no reason why you should omit bananas, they are very good.
Also, a banana before training gives you +1% strength, and you cannot convince me otherwise.
I was eating 10 a day until recently (starting a cut so obv have to eat fewer)

How long before?
Bananas are a low quality fruit. You should be eating:
Berries
Mango
Kiwi
Cantaloupe
Honeydew
>he doesn't know bananas are berries
Bananas are objectively less nutritious compared to what I listed. No real reason to ever eat them.
taste that pairs well with anything sweet. litteraly anything sweet.
That’s my point. Too high in sugar and you can get potassium from other fruits and veggies.
>honeydew
You have low-tier tastebuds
Where i live they sell so called pineapple mellons. Try those before writing off all melons
Honeydew is an excellent source of vitamin C and tastes great.

none, too expensive
2, I just ate one of them
I keep them in the fridge after they turn spotted.
A cold overripe banana is incredible bros.
One left plus about 1.2 lbs of banana chips

None, I've got some spinach in the fridge, some oranges on the counter top, and some broccoli and apples on my desk in my room
