I have read a shitload of books about people claiming one diet helps cure disease or whatever. From vegan, to carnivore, to fruitarians. I figured out what they have in common and came to the conclusion raw meat checks all of the boxes for healing and building up tissue, the only worry is if it is contaminated. Modern nutritional science is part advertising and part coping mechanism to try and make a persons health crash land more gently when they eat processed foods humans are not meant to eat, like sugary drinks and grains.
