    Calories is literally just a measure of all the carbs, fat, and protein in a diet. If you wanted to, you could literally count carbs and fat and protein and do the exact same thing.

    That only ever works if you only eat when you're actually hungry instead of just craving food (usually carbs). Fat is much, much less obesogenic than carbs or protein, but you will still gain weight if you keep your food-addicted ways.

      He is just a bit autistic. I used to do it too. I used to tell people you don't get vitamin D from the sun, your body uses the radiation to start the process of converting some precursor into vitamin D
