I loaded up on redcon1 protein products when they had the year end 50% off sale. Out of the entire haul I only got one item that is objectively bad, some peanut butter butter based protein bars. They have the seed oils. Nothing you wouldn't get in a jar of peanut butter. Otherwise it's all primo.

There isn't enough creatine in red meat to make a difference. It is the most studied supplement, not only does it make your muscles look fuller but it also improves your brain.
Protein powder causes no farts for me because I am white and can handle milk, use an alternative powder, Black person.
Caffeine is the most important part in a preworkout and it does improve performance at the gym. You don't need it though you're right, coffee or an energy drink is enough. Caffeine pills are very cheap though.
The rest of good supplements are: d3+k2, zinc and magnesium (bioavailable form like glycinate) and boron.

I eat 200g protein a day thats 300-400g meat, 3-4 eggs, 2-3 scoops of whey, some milk and yogurt
