So go until you're tired as frick. You should feel like shit. based and to the point. Stop being a weakling in the gym.
Mouse eyed homosexual
>giant ass usa flag on the wall of every single room
americans are so dumb
my squat is only 10kg per side and im 31
i see dudes doing those kinds of lifts and i just cant process it
WHO THE FRICK GOT 2222222?
???
Oh LMAO praise be
im glad i didnt land the get with my shitty cope
>bald, red roider who will die the second he turns 40 and go to hell for vanity
so tired of seeing balding high blood pressure roid monkeys trying to give advice to people. i'm sure i could kill myself every workout too and still recover enough to make gains
at least dr mike is smart and funny sometimes
i agree with you generally but I respected john meadows alot and he said that naturals need to go to failure regularly or they aren't gonna get great gains.
not every set, but you're going to have to take some sets to failure. it's not enough to come into the gym and just get a pump every few days if you're natural
he trained alot of naturals and he was not at all opinionated so i fully trust his advice here
it works for some but not for others. i used to do the same inadvertantly before i knew about periodization, i coasted along until i was on the cusp of 2/3/4/5 and then i noticed i was overworking myself too much and i wasnt making any progress anymore
yeah obviously you always have to do what works for you
even on john meadows programs he doesn't advocate just slamming against the wall of fatigue mindlessly, the really brutal sets are always part of the pumpy isolation movements that aren't going to level you with too much fatigue
why should I listen to this bald frick lifting fake weights
>taking advice from roidtroony
>the front rack fail into readjustment on the bounce with 190kg
absolute fricking madman
everything was good until he said
>fatigue is what drives adapation
fatigue slows adaptation and causes injury too.
high stimulus (above minimal effective volume), low enough fatigue (below maximum recoverable volume), enough food and rest is what causes adaptation
the rest of the vid is based
Excessive fatigue yeah, you should auto-regulate yourself. Don't do too little and lean on the greater, but don't destroy yourself.
Many roid-monkies completely forget what is recoverable for natties.
He's natty.
Sure, everyone is.
Can you not tell the difference?
Good advice since most people are undertraining
Based guy, must be getting an algo boost recently. I thought I lucked into him from subbing to Shane Hunt when he blasted cookbook rat (I unsubbed after his pathetic apology)
This guy is a chud

saying stupid shit that encourages people to fatiguemax is stupid and deserves mockery.
What's something that he said that was unbelievably stupid it deserves mockery?
Likely not much if anything in hundreds of uploads and posts, if you don’t eat or sleep enough or have any athletic goals than he’s not going to help you. I guess some people really are gym monkeys who can’t see over the fence, high school athletes have a game a day at points in high school if not five practices and a game for football. It makes sense once you graduate from that to want intense training often.
