In the past I'd be astonished that it were even possible to eat that much mcdonalds but prices being what they are that's like 20 dollars worth of mcdonalds a few years ago
So that's not so bad
Everyone in this thread is moronic, as someone who regularly ate mcD’s until some weeks ago you can get a 6$ 20 pc spicy nuggets which has 1k cals, or on the app a 7$ plain nuggets with 2 medium fries for FREE. As much as I love dieting rn those deals were sweet…
>stress >need to eat
You were chronically eating too far below your requirement by more than 500 cals.
If you were good at cooking and or ate a better ratio of macros you'd be fine with 1200 calories at a time. When I cook like shit it makes me sick immediately and when I eat fake food it makes me sick later.
Try: >(monte buerre) pasta, add pasta water with the pasta after the garlic is almost done >poached then med seared potatoes butter at the end French is too sick >rice or fried rice with Sriracha mayo, fried rice is all about a big pan so water doesn't accumulate dry eggs and onions right before the end also butter corn peas small onions garlic powder and pepper >bread >pizza >pastries >cake
Protein is all about monte buerring your sauces and making them taste deep, steak au poivre is an easy start. Freeze beef and pork bones, add carrot shavings celery onion peels etc I like garlic paper broccoli stems also but cook it down and add to browned onions then garlic then red wine and tomato paste sugar salt and butter with the meal, more advanced is bordelaise which is browning the bones in the oven deglazing then adding to vegetables and water and boiling down cream before mise en placing into the fridge not the freezer.
You can even pan sear fatty beef, don't sear too hot so it burns, and add to onion onions ginger sauce per serving for essence de boeuf.
But yeah your hunger stems from vitamin deficiencies not calorie deficiencies. That being said this kind of diet will raise your metabolism and health easily, you'll be able to eat like 2 potatoes and butter worth of carbs more a day and not gain weight but maintain.
>onions
Onions sauce not too soon, even if you want a darker flavor you add a little once then the rest right before the end not too much. I like tamari because it's deeper and purer, also don't forget to add 20% less water to the rice and to let it rest in the fridge for a little bit.
Just like fresh boiled and cut pasta the longer you let it sit the more it soaks up the flavors and has a better texture.
More cardio than you're willing to do
Fast for a week or three
At current McDick's prices that's what? Three fries?
don't worry bro that's only 1000 calories
What are some fast-acting laxatives?
The chocolate one?
Don't do it. Just drink litres of water whenever you binge and cut the next day and go about your week.
Stress is bad for digestion. Don't worry about it just try to do better tomorrow
