    Why the frick do people like to act like lifting is somehow akin to suffering? Lifting is fun and enjoyable. I've never met a single person into fitness who hates lifting, because if they hated lifting they wouldn't do it.
    Actual suffering is taking the path on the left and destroying your body beyond repair. You lose your mobility, you can't complete simple tasks without running out of breath, and deep down you known every around you hates you just as much as you hate yourself.

      It’s just a way to sometimes encourages oneself when they don’t a feel like taking the hard route, taking their medicine, doing the right thing etc. Lifting is fun but sometimes one isn’t motivated or down on themselves or whatever and embracing the grind by taking a warrior/masochist/hardcore LARP let’s you ride the wave and feel great when it’s over. There is also a bit of camaraderie involved in sharing something that is difficult. And compared to being a sedentary fatass, lifting and following proper nutrition and all that IS difficult. Of course it’s the best path but that doesn’t mean it always comes natural or is easy.

      People who dont like lifting have never hit considerable prs every 3 or 4 workouts and it takes them months to see the progress some see in weeks, also lower potential.

      It’s directed at people who’ve never put an ounce of effort into honing their bodies. To them, it’s suffering because it requires giving up their comforts and put themselves in a place of pain for a while before they start feeling good again.

      Enjoy having nogains and feeling sluggish. A bucket of KFC chicken (assuming your fatass gets the largest size available) is about 2000-4000 fricking calories. Its mostly made up of fat, grease, and sodium. How can you put that shit in your body regularly? Even eating it once a week is bad for you.

        I just get high and pre bread a whole baking pan of chicken then I get fried chicken on demand, decent carbs to actually combine with alcohol for pre workout drinking. That way I don't have prep pasta potatoes rice or any of that gay shit that takes forever. Just veggies for nutrients and lots of alcohol. I process liquor incredibly quick i bet it trains it to process protein faster too.
