Apparently super- and giant sets are a great way to save time but I rarely do them. Do you run from one station to the other or take the ez bar over to the cables? I do a brosplit

I only superset curls and skullcrushers like Rich Piana taught me
>super set
What are ya a frickin nerd? It's a SUPA SET *tatatattatatatatattatatatatatatattatata* not a, let me pump my muscles like my boyfriend pumps my ass, kinda set.

Lots of ways to do it:
>Take all the dumbbells to the pec machine and arrange them around you like Stonehenge
>drag the dipping bars over to the squat rack
>rearrange the Hammer Strength machines so the ones you want to superset are next to each other
etc.
>drag the dipping bars over to the squat rack
Theyre bolted to the wall... do I just become super strong at barbell row to eventually be able to rip equipment off of the building
>forearms so weak he can’t use a power drill
You're supposed to do dips on the squat rack. Just steal two bars and sets of pins from the other squat racks and use them to set up your dip bars.
no you train intelligence so you know not to respond to a moron that has never stepped foot into a gym.
If you don't need actual rest time you aren't even lifting.
I have a day where I do dips as the first and at the end I do a few pushdowns. Resting lets me get a bit more volume but its not like Im out of breath and mentally exhausted from just hitting tris
homegymgods win again
i supper set main lifts with accessories
incline dumbbell press > curls
lat raises > triceps extension
cable rows > tricep push down
pec fly > curl
shit like that. i try to avoid supersetting the same muscle because i feel like that just tires me out faster and my form ends up going to shit. i do an upper/lower split so my upper days can end up being 50 sets over 1.5 hours so supersets usually save me maybe 20-30 minutes
>50 sets over 1.5 hours
jesus

Ok tnx do you choose these to be able to do them in supersets? I feel like if I do cable rows then someone else might go use the normal cables
>my upper days can end up being 50 sets
Good lord what a tremendous waste of time
>supper set
>lifting weights
>save time
Black folk really think like this.
More or less people usually do them when the gym is empty. I personally only superset all my arm and shoulder excuses.
Lat raises, curls, tricept extension, and sometimes db pullovers. Then wait a minute and do those all again. Accessories are really the time destroyer. Anything with barbells or machines I usually do on its own since I run low rest 1m40s on most things anyway and don't want it fricking with other heavier sets.
glad I have a home gym so I can superset without being an butthole and trying to establish territory by laying down water bottles or whatever.
