Foods that I regularly eat and foods that I think have a positive impact on health and gains:
>3-5 eggs a day, both boiled and fried(I make sure yolk stays relatively raw)
>chicken or pig liver, 200-400g at least once a week/two weeks
>minced meat, mostly pork
>lots of dairy
Stuff I take:

I don't take multivitamin when I have liver for dinner. I usually avoid it for 1-2 days.

For me it saved my hair, made my skin and nails look better. Makes me horny, gives me boners. Fricked up dreams though.

I live in a cold climate with almost no sun. So it comes in handy.

I take a Multivitamin that has all the vitamins and the vast majority of minerals, all in 1 pill.
All my micronutrients taken care of in one go.
I just add Boron, which isn't in my multivitamin 7mg on top, because Boron significantly raises Free Testosterone, which helps muscle building.
There's plenty more supps you can take.
Some more natural, some less natural.
If you want you look up "Natty Plus Protocol", it's a pretty comprehensive list / protocol with all the supplements that actually work well, without affecting health negatively.

daily vit D 10k IU, together with vit K2 100-200 mcg and magnesium glycinate
10mg boron (~100mg borax (the real stuff that's just sodium tetraborate))
zinc picolinate or citrate whenever i've coomed too much
zinc and boron are good for test. D too, probably, but it's great for overall health. i don't think other supps do much, never made me feel better.

Anybody ever take HTP-5? A few years back I took it regularly. I was able to shed a lot of weight and got in really good shape while taking it but I’m not sure if it was the real or placebo.

I know people will shit on Tribulus. But it works for me. I take 600-1200mg a day and it actually makes me agressive and motivated.

Are fish oil pills supposed to have this faint fishy smell? It's not a strong smell or anything (unless I smell the bottle filled with pills) but I read online that even if they have a faint smell, they have gone bad. Never smelled them before, so I honestly have no clue.
No, they are not. Fishy smell means they've gone rancid. Fish oil is particularly prone to oxidation because of the chemical structure of polyunsaturated fats (more double bonds means more opportunities to oxidize). I take Captain's Krill Oil and have only had 1 or 2 bad batches so far (out of dozens). It's very expensive, though.

There are a lot of supps I stopped taking. The cum stack isn't much fun during nofap. Citrulline was giving me mouth ulcers and I didn't get much effect from it since my dick already works. I was taking daily aspirin for a while but I think I'm allergic because it gives me ringing ears and ulcers.
My advice is to not autistically follow advice and try lots of stuff and see what works for your body.

letichin made what seemed like gallstone symptoms surface, the pills gave me less trouble than the granules but I still can't digest something in either. can barely eat much fat anymore without pain and a being full of fart that smells like rotting garbage for the next 3-5 hours, doctor recommended taking pancreatic enzyme supplements after a normal abdominal ultrasoud and they help but I don't think it's normal to have to take a pill before eating, if this were the means of controlling a livable long term health issue big pharma would surely have it cornered. letichin did make my cum thick like glue though.
