The aspirin is a cheap, well-studied cardioprotective. Noopept is one of the better traditional nootropics, and my memory is a little sharper on it. NAC is a very good antioxidant; I don't take it daily but it's especially nice if you're about to drink or otherwise assault your body. Methylene blue does all sorts of things, including mitochondrial enhancement, immune-boosting and MAO inhibition, and a lifetime supply is like $20.

Why iron? Are you a woman?
Several I can take sublingually or just add to water (iodine and MB I take via dropper), and the pills are spread out. Some are had with brekkie, others supper, others before bed. I know people who take way more pills than I do, you get used to it.

Does it work?
It's mostly bullshit. Especially the "arginine" part. I never experienced any of those effects from taking it, and everything I've ever read on L-arginine suggests it's a worse supplement than citrulline malate in every single way. Also L-arginine tastes like powdered rotten fish in a garbage bag.
I tried the other guide which didn't include pygeum, so I have nothing to say on that front.

Eh...dude I have never tried anything to get a bigger dick. my dick's just fine. I have experimented with a few of these cum concoctions because my ejaculation volume has always been pretty modest (unless I don't fap for a couple of weeks). Also, NoFap will make it easier to get boners, that's for sure. Back in the days when I was going several months without fapping I would sometimes get a boner for innocuous things.

I like my aluminium cans more for this purpose. 30ml, i just leave the magnesium and zinc in the can for before sleep, pop everything else with dinner. Love it.

These are all based on extensive experimentation. Right now I’m experimenting with AG1, even though it’s expensive, because otherwise I would be trying to take Thorne multivitamin + ashwaghanda + some other greens powered and all that would add up per month to more than AG1. So far I really really like it. I feel more balanced, I sleep better, better mood etc. Also less hungry throughout the day (and I’m on a cut).
My sleep regimen is more refined and the product of almost a decade of experimentation. I sleep like a baby every night now.
