Oceans always have been polluted + they are much, MUCH bigger than dryland+ they are qlso volumous since vertical axis also is partnof ocean.
I wager statistically, a random fish living in ocean probably never encounters a single plastic particle.

pills are basically useless. you have to take oils that you store in the fridge. it costs me about 30$ and lasts a few months
this is a thread arguing against eating fish, why make it about fish oil - eating a single meal will give you 10x more of the bad shit than 1 pill a day will

this is good argument against fish oil, but guess what? everything can go bad so just pick quality shit, also fish oil pill is an oil stored in vacuum - oils that take a long ass time to go bad(fats in general) will take even longer to degrade in a vacuum
