My natty buddy suffered nerve damage in his left shoulder about half a year ago.
He struggled to lift 5kg above his head for a while after his injury.
He recently started going back to the gym again with me after like 6+ months of not training.
His lifts are a little down but basically the same except for his OHP which has dropped a several KG but mostly due to the weakness and lack of stability on his left side.
The physios he spoke to were fair adamant (at the time of injury at least, idk if he's seen any this year) that he'd make a full recovery, assuming he did his PT exercises
