did they test the glass bottles? At this point the only thing that saves us is going to be evolution of microbes capable of breaking down plastics on a large scale, which is going to be a problem for every consumer electronic and medical instrument.
My ancestors had like half of the life expectancy. The whole eat like our ancestors thing is as stupid as eating garbage. We know more about nutrition than they did. May as well use the knowledge rather than go for arbitrary restrictions.

Nutrition science is bullshit. Average life expectancy includes all deaths unrelated to health, such as infant mortality, war, infection, etc, and is not a reliable indicator of a high or low-quality diet.
And I wouldn't listen to anyone claiming to be a nutritionist who isn't a practicing scientist who's conducts research.
"Nutritionist" health coaches memorized information in a text book, got a lazy degree and now regurgitate the information to ignorant people who don't know that eating 100 grams of sugar a day may not be the best thing, just like most personal trainers.
We do know that you need protein to grow muscle and CICO.
Everything else is just noise designed to sell slop though. Just get enough protein and make sure you don't run out of some critical micronutrient by doing periodic blood checkups.
>>we have progressed our knowledge of how to eat! >>60% of people obese
Exactly, the problem is corporations have been using this information for profit. The creation of hyper-palatable, unsatiating food-like products is literally evil
They hired ansel keys, an economist, to figure out how to sell the public on an idea that eating cheaply produced items that your body can process as an emergency means so you don't die right now as your "healthy" main staples. All shitty peer reviewed "food studies" (which are impossible to perform with any accuracy) are birthed from the single lineage of keys' data fudging. There are many possible paths for different people and people with certain conditions need to concentrate the the most highly nutritious and mist digestable foods. The idea we're creatures on earth who are designed to eat anything that doesn't have acute poisoning actions on us so bizarre I can't believe people fell for it to begin with. This dumb modern nu-male foodie culture is one of the worst mind viruses that has happened to mankind in terms of health.
>My ancestors had like half of the life expectancy
Because of high rates of infant mortality,, not bad nutrition or bad hygiene. When half of the population dies before age 5 , the "life expectancy at birth" is going to be 30 but obviouslfy the people who managed to get past childhood without dying made it into their 70s and 80s just fine
Sure thing, just tell me where to find beer without hops, that isnt canned in plastic-lined aluminium. >glass bottles
sure, still the issue with the FUCKING HOPS THO
Only half the shit is bad in bottom pic. Red meat is not as bad as propagandists claim but it is best to opt for a leaner cut for higher protein. I filter my water through an antilead filter btw.

the perfect energy source then. you need less stuff to get the same amount of energy

It's a shit energy source because it burns slowly. Try lifting on keto vs on full glychogen. Difference is night and day.

ah that doesn't sound very scientific. the body doesn't use fat as energy directly, it turns it into the same thing as when you eat carbs.

This, of course, is the pinnacle of scientific-sounding blather.

This is how it's supposed to go. Try it yourself. I do keto I guess, in the form of carnivore with dairy which I guess falks under the ketogenic umbrella, my lifts did not decrease but I had to wait about a month until I got used to it back when I first started a couple years ago.
You experimented yourself and found what works for you personally which is the only correct way of doing things.

Did you know a gazelle can run at 100km/h (60 miles/hour) and its energy is sourced entirely through the process that is used to convert fat to energy in humans.

This is why I hate cutting on 0 carbs. Workouts are shit.

Cutting workouts are shit regardless. Having to suddenly adapt to new diet would add to that.
>fat as a macro nutrient makes you fat
Retard alert.
You need fats for proper hormone utilization.
If you didn't eat fats your endocrine system will crash.
>leaner cut for higher protein
Few people know this, but if you eat grassfed you will have a leaner meat than, for exemple, chicken. Virtually all studies on red meat are conducted with grain fed cattle, there is a big difference between grain fed and grass fed in regards to their fat and the quality of the fat.
I forgot to add : except you're in Ohio currently, as well as heavily industrious hell holes like India or china, you better import bottle water from another country or better get out of there
Isn't there acid infused in the liquid or does that clear out as well?
There is something I have always wondered about carbs - if people eat "processed" carbs like white bread, pasta, etc, why is it more healthy then just eating candy / lollies or pure sugar?
I recently read how apparently during Napoopan's time wine was sweetened using lead and it's not like the nobility was safe from this practice because people were largely unaware of anything albeit for different reasons
I feel like most of the big strides humans made, were made against the tide
Drink light beer like your ancestors did for thousands of years you bitch
Beer placed second behind bottled water when it was studied for amounts of microplastics.
did they test the glass bottles? At this point the only thing that saves us is going to be evolution of microbes capable of breaking down plastics on a large scale, which is going to be a problem for every consumer electronic and medical instrument.
Beer makes me sick.
My ancestors had like half of the life expectancy. The whole eat like our ancestors thing is as stupid as eating garbage. We know more about nutrition than they did. May as well use the knowledge rather than go for arbitrary restrictions.
We no nothing about nutrition.

>Nutrition science is bullshit.
Correct, however alcohol is the devil's nectar and I refuse to drink it. Sorry, not sorry
That's fine. They drank it because other sources of water available were not safe to drink.
You literally can't hydrate yourself with beer retard. It dehydrates you.
It was incredibly weak.
So dumb it hurts
Exactly

Lol progressives are dumb.
>we have progressed our knowledge of how to eat!

If only we could get the animals to understand our new science on how to eat, they would live for twice as long!

I hate this meme people post about everyone dying in their early 30s
Beer is an unnatural consequence of the agricultural revolution, humans did not evolve to consume yeastslop
Our ancestors very likely loved fermenting fruit.
Sure thing, just tell me where to find beer without hops, that isnt canned in plastic-lined aluminium.

Whenever you're thirsty, eat 14 oranges. Thank me later
Imagine the explosive shits

Lead causes moronbrain. Crime went up when we had more in our bodies, and it went down when it was banned from gasoline.
>leaner cut for higher protein
retard
>leaner cuts of meat yield higher protein
>stating this obvious fact makes me a retard
dont you need any fat in your diet
No. It's calorie dense and burns slowly. If you have fat on your body, you have fat available.

rain water. let it pours for half an hour at the least to cleaning the airborne particles then start collecting them. best taste of all water
Isn't there acid infused in the liquid or does that clear out as well?
I forgot to add : except you're in Ohio currently, as well as heavily industrious hell holes like India or china, you better import bottle water from another country or better get out of there
All rain water on earth is contaminated with forever chemicals. You want well water.
I'm currently it's not all. only the heavily polluted cities are not safe to collect rain water. not rural area, near mountain, close to forest
That rain blows in from the ocean. Don't kid yourself
Get a reverse osmosis system.
fillet mignon, blade, porterhouse, scotch fillet, eye fillet. How did I do? Probably not so well.
Buy a distiller for like $200 on Amazon.
Chimpanzees are primarily meat eaters and the information that says otherwise is propaganda
There is something I have always wondered about carbs - if people eat "processed" carbs like white bread, pasta, etc, why is it more healthy then just eating candy / lollies or pure sugar?
it's not
It isn't.
