I need a carb source that is easily digestible so that I can eat enough calories without shitting myself or wanting to die from feeling too full, and white rice does that perfectly. You're almost certainly a dyel eating like 2k calories a day, since no one big eats any of those meme carbs, because it's impossible to get enough calories in with them without fricking up your digestion or being so full that you can barely move around after eating
