    >The best athlete ever looks like that

That TB-12 diet is bullshit. With how clean he claims to eat he would be leaner. This mfer sneaks off to Mickey D's just like the rest of us.

The most dominant player at his position for 20 years in one of the most injury inducing sports in the world. Owes much of his ability to play that long to his diet and "pliability" training. Diet mostly consists of foods and proteins that don't encourage Inflammation within the body. Pliability training from what I understand from his POV is basically training your muscles to be flexible and endurance based, so that they can last over a 4 month period of intense physical contact in the NFL. Big, stiff, muscles that come from weightlifting are more likely to tear and be prone to injury according to Tom Brady and his trainer.

pliability is just keeping your muscles limber and getting rid of tightness, aka massages and foam rolling.

that sounds pretty dumb. muscle tears are not very common in the nfl anyways. brady is far more 'stiff' than more muscular guys like cam newton anyhow

What does that mean in English doc? It's like saying if you want to love long, you need to eat food that promotes longevity, or if you want long hair, you need to eat foods that promote hair growth.
Speak in concise and direct terms and examples anon, I'm very interested in anti inflammation.
No seed oils, no refined sugar and no alcohol is a given. What else.

I mean yea no shit, the moment tom Brady’s trainer prescribed him le squats and le deadlifts is the moment he gets fired. Tom Brady trained for actual legitimate athleticism and skill, the powerlifters can keep their meme static lifts and their double chins
