      squat: 205 5x5
      deadlift: 365lbs 3x5
      OHP: 135lbs 3x5

      I just want to be the same weight i'm at rn (145lbs) but at 10% bodyfat.

    im 5'6 and 145 lb in a similar boat, just with way less muscle mass than you.

    i think abs would start to peek in at 140 and youll be considerably lean around 135 - 130ish. i would personally like to lose 5 - 8 lbs myself lol. good luck
