100g oats or 4 scoops
bunch of cinnamon and bit of salt and creatine
1 scoop whey
big spoon of peanut butter
100g quark or high protein yoghurt
300ml milk
50-100g of frozen fruit, cherries or blueberries are great

add some frozen berries and mix
