    My 1000kcal overnight oats:
    100g oats or 4 scoops
    bunch of cinnamon and bit of salt and creatine
    1 scoop whey
    big spoon of peanut butter
    100g quark or high protein yoghurt
    300ml milk
    50-100g of frozen fruit, cherries or blueberries are great

      I keep my recipe simple:

      fill small cup with oats
      blend scoop of whey with milk, leaving a bit of room on top
      pour over oats
      add some frozen berries and mix
      add coconut sugar, erithrytol, a mix or none
      add home-made kefir to simulate mare pussy juice

      So far I am still 300lbs but I can feel power coursing through my veins. The head of my penis is starting to flare. Oh yeah. Once I recomp and expose all this muscle, white women will be all over me.
