Similar to 's thoughts, if you're looking to look like any of the usual guys posted here (Zyzz, Piana, Scooby, etc.) then you're out of your mind. Have to realize they're keeping up that body from 24/7 work, careful dieting and roids. I know I work a normal desk job where I sit for 10+ hours a day, so best I know I can reasonably do without killing myself in effort is Hugh Jackman in Xmen 1.

I used to have this issue for awhile and went to therapy for it. It's a self-esteem issue and you basically have to get help for it. Either get a book on the subject or see a therapist.

Go get an objective measurement, like a bodyfat%. If you're a thinking man, you can then use this information and others to better orient towards reality, reducing your brain's "bias" towards thinking you're out of shape.

For me it's like people find me more jacked than I do. Still DYEL by IST standards, but clothes are indeed tighter, a size tighter. I've begun to see which muscles are lacking tho (front delts, upper pecs vs pec minor, biceps vs triceps, etc)
