Black person, there was a St. Nick that Santa was based on too. Nobody is referring to that when talking about Santa Claus. The historical figure is irrelevant compared to the fictional character. You would be correct. It's right in the middle of a poor neighbourhood but it's a rural town so only white people. Very comfy gym with only weights, no cardio equipment and very few machines.
