What fixed this for me was doing a lot more rear delt work and once a month doing a heavy singles BP day where I go up 5lb at a time with a spotter until I fail. Blasted from a shaky 185x3-5 to 205x5 and a 2pl8 1rm in 2 months

Yeah, your body can move a lot more than you’re subjecting it to- and fatigue is probably costing you a lot of your gains. The rear delt work is important to because unless you properly rotate your shoulders the chest doesn’t get involved in the lift.
A couple maximum effort singles will give your body a lot of stimulus to grow. Also look into German Volume training. I basically alternate volume, weight 5x5, volume, 5x5, rest week, test max - and that’s been going great for me

that's a strange cope, fleas can jump really far for their size, ants can lift a lot for their size, but it doesn't mean they're strong beings

I always find these types of posts comical because you're admitting you don't have enough knowledge and drive to make decent progress yet you think all that will magically change once you roid. Yes roids do work and are magic but if you don't know what you're doing you will still make shitty progress and you'll definitely frick up the cycle and leave yourself with irreparable damage

What is there to understand? I’m 20, I’m a man and I lift with consistency in fact, I’ve never skipped a wk day, I also eat more than enough calories, if this isn’t enough I’m going to give the fault to my genetics, so who fricking cares I’m going to take the test and PCT and skyrocket my progress with no side effects

        >I’m a man
You're clearly not if you think your body isn't producing enough test on its own at 20 years old to build strength

You obviously did something wrong but yeah take none of the responsibility and chalk it all up to your genetics. good luck with your cycle which will you no doubt frick up and then blame it on your genetics

I've been lifting for 7 years and my PR never exceeded 75 kg 5 rep max
Nowadays I just don't care, I just go like once or twice per week to the gym to keep in shape

If you're stuck at below 2-3 plates and a healthy male, it's 100% lack of knowledge and shit training. Instead of roiding for a 275lbs bench, just learn how to lift. Download a decent 3-4 day a week full body/upper-lower split and go hard and smart at it. Bulk as well.
