          I can mentally block out food even free food

          Yes cico plays a huge part into the weight loss, but you're also ignoring the positive effects of true ketosis that helps you lose bodyfat in ways a high carb cico diet won't.

          When you're 15%bf trying to hit 8% that's when keto beats normal cico

                In terms of dieting. Once you pass the keto flu, keto is much better than CICO at losing weight and maintaining your diet

                At the start yes. Keto is harder to maintain than cico, but once you pass 5 weeks and enter true ketosis, keto is easier to maintain than cico AND you'll lose more weight from keto than you would have with cico.
