    Considering I came from 135lbs and I was 175lbs lean before my current bulk I've come a long way but I also barely look like I lift except I have good biceps peak. The last 6 months I went on an extreme bulk combined with a strength program and finally made very solid strength gains but I'm afraid I might still end up looking the same as before after the cut. I look good enough for my own standards and probably for normie standards, but still years away from looking impressive and I've been at it for over 6 years.

    Weightlifting is not efficient for everyone.

    Some people will get better muscles with intense cardio and meme calisthenic exercises or sports.

    Some people will lift weights and their muscles will become huge.
