True, but first brain analysing earbuds/headphones will arrive this year. So if we all used them and we all used a specially designed app, we could alert distracted potensial victims.

I recently got wireless headphones. Before I thought “who cares about wires?” but I have to admit they are a great and worthwhile upgrade.

I often work at a microscope and like to listen to audiobooks and podcasts and it drove me crazy when I’d wheel my chair around and the wire would snag on something and the headphones would fly out. Or when lifting I’d have my iPod flapping in my pocket and have to run the wire in my shirt.

It’s great and I never thought I’d say that.

It means nothing because it's a non-ionizing electromagnetic frequency. If you were somehow blasted by an intense amount of it the worst it could do is heat you up similar to infrared or microwaves, which you would definitely notice.

If you live in fear of Bluetooth you might as well have a nice day because no matter what you are you're constantly being exposed to WiFi, radio, and television signals, not to mention every single frequency emitted by the sun.

Meanwhile, literally 1 out of 3 people who "listen to the science" get cancer. And these numbers are largely based on people who are old now (who had a healthier lifestyle than we have). In 10, 20 or 30 years, our generation is expected to have numbers like 1 in 2, or even higher.

Keep listening to the science, guys. After all, the scientists who are funded by the corporations that sell you these things say it's "safe". Oh by the way, did you take your 38th covid booster yet? Didn't you know the science tells us it's 100% effective and safe?

          Anonymous

Cancer cases are rising due to unhealthier life styles, longer life spans, and improved accessibility of healthcare allowing for detection of otherwise missed cases.

Most methods of detecting cancer were only invented in the last century, with many only seeing frequent use in the last two decades.

            Anonymous

Shut up bro this is such nonsense. Cancer cases like children with massive tumors that are detectable by eye are also rising in an equally rapid rate, so this argument of "detection methods" is such corporation driven bullshit propaganda.

Cancer rates are clearly rising rapidly, even when corrected for age and detection methods.

You are right about the "unhealthier lifestyles" part, but have you ever stopped and thought about what that actually means? Eating shitty foods and not exercising isn't the only thing that is contributing to an unhealthy lifestyle. The absolutely massive doses or radiation, and all the chemicals we eat and put on our skin on a daily basis also contribute to it to a great extend.

              Anonymous

Cancer cases in children has had a slight rise in the past but has been stable since 2010. This is also due to better detection methods.

Acute Lymbastic Leukemia is just one example. It accounts for 25% of cancers in children at the detection for that type rose dramatically since better testing was introduced from 1975-1990, and since then has remained mostly stable.

Do you have a link to any papers regarding the increase in visible massive tumours in children?

you could have a foreign adversary hijack the headphones with some really fancy em wave to control the population like robots and broadcast commands and lies such as:

Why do so many people have to have some headphones on when they're in the public space? Like in the public transport or in the supermarkets, do you really have to cut your hearing off? And then you accidentally block the space or cut in somewhere, because one of your senses is out and you're not fully aware of your surroundings. Funnily enough, most of these permanently headphoned zoomers listen to some trash anyway.

You are all haters. Airpods are good enough, especially with some foam covers on them to keep them clean and make a better seal around your ear canal, plus it makes them look fake so nogs won't try to steal them.
Glad I'm not some music snob trying to act superior by talking about my IEM 6000 portapotty pros attached to my 250W amplifier dac and how I can hear every little detail of the shitty song I'm listening to. Who cares? Good for your if you're passionate about the quality of something you like, but it seems very homosexual to me to need your 15lbs of gear just so you can listen to lossless encoded g-spot tickling bass while you walk to the bathroom.
That's just me. I don't even like music that much. Wireless is just way more convenient for my needs.

and LMAO at the people talking about bluetooth radiation.

You can stick it in your phone anon. I have never used something Airpods or something as expensive as them, but my chink IEMs cost as much as my decent gaming headset, but have better quality and definitely allow me to hear details and frequencies that I wouldn't hear on normal stuff. If you are buying Airpods, you should drop ~$25 on a pair of cheap IEMs, try them out.

I forgot to mention, you can remove the cables and attach bluetooth adapters. They are much larger than regular wireless buds though.

I don't wear headphones at the gym but I do for running. Getting rid of the wires was revolutionary for me and I couldn't imagine running with wires anymore. I'd rather pay extra for no wires and good enough quality.

Is it weird to only use a single headphone when I lift? I want to listen to my jams but still be seen as approachable when my gym crush finally notices me

At work I literally wear a $14 pair of Samsung wired earbuds. My supervisor will only use apple earbuds. Over the last 6 months he is replaced them four times due to failure or losing them... I still have my $14 pair.
