    is low blood sugar what it is? I'm n00b but whenever I finish my workout I turn into the 20-something year old snooooozer
    been sleeping like a rock in the evenings. I slept a straight 10 hours last night. feels good

      i don't know what it is but i'm the same, this is why i only lift in the evenings. otherwise i can't resist the mid-work nap. fall asleep easily and sleep like a baby. only problem is i need like 9 hours.

        I feel ya man I do lunchtime workouts and I'm kind of in a bit of a haze for the next couple hours. it feels great dont get me wrong but I just wanna lie down for a quick nap
        on the plus side I think the energy expenditure helps me to put aside distractions. no clue how that works though
