I've been poppin like 1 zyn in the morning with my coffee for a couple months now. It feels good and I've had no issues, but I'm now always buggin about my gums and oral health. Its making me OCD with brushing/mouth wash. Mb I should stop idk. Don't think im addicted at all, I went a week without it and no cravings, but i do kinda enjoy it.
I started popping them a couple months ago to nip a little cig relapse in the bud. Keep it to like four 3mg pouches a day usually but now they don't do much. Trying to stay strong and not switch to 6mg.

I've been taking 2 or 4mg a day, while doing chores and such. You guys taking 100mg+ are scaring me, so I'm going to stop. Won't stop coffee though, since I'm moronic without it.
