I had a 400lbs+ deadlift for reps in less than a year, think I was just under 200lbs at the time. 500lbs is the new breakpoint for actually lifting now, 600lbs+ is when it starts becoming impressive. This is all without drugs.
It's not that hard if you're motivated, have decent levers/frame for the lift(s) and have the time/will to eat and sleep enough and you're not too attached to having abs.

The strength itself isn't that big of an issue or difference I agree. The real issue is the muscle mass. But something like 30% of your strength comes from training your CNS ie: lifting is skill, steroids don't help with that.

At varying weights of course, so yeah, it's pretty easy to feel out the time to move up. Amongst my friends that I train it's basically a rule that you can do 3x1 as 1x3 it's time to lift more. Roidtrannies need to gi through whole post cycle therapies while having no T, or, if they are smart, injecting a very small amount so that their body still needs to produce testosterone becausr the aromatase/estrogen quota has not been met.

Your hormones are the most important part of gaining muscle. I had a 400lbs+ deadlift for reps in less than a year, think I was just under 200lbs at the time. 500lbs is the new breakpoint for actually lifting now, 600lbs+ is when it starts becoming impressive. This is all without drugs.
It's not that hard if you're motivated, have decent levers/frame for the lift(s) and have the time/will to eat and sleep enough and you're not too attached to having abs.

The strength itself isn't that big of an issue or difference I agree. The real issue is the muscle mass. But something like 30% of your strength comes from training your CNS ie: lifting is skill, steroids don't help with that.

well, first of all most of them dont know how to train, secondly most of them dont sleep well.
But the most important thing is that after coming off roids all of the processes in their bodybthat they substituted are not being performed, ex. a roidtroony injects test, stops injecting test and now he has NO test (besides the small remainder frim his last injection which becomes smaller and smaller within days. Your hormones are the most important part of gaining muscle. Steroids cause you to put on an amount of muscle that is unnatural for your baseline hormones and it's not sustainable without those increased test levels. Your body will naturally start breaking down the muscle as your test drops because it goes into panic mode. It really has nothing to do with your training or diet after you stop cycling. You are going to lose a certain amount of muscle no matter what you do. People like in the OP didn't even train to begin with, so it didn't matter.

after 2 years of really solid lifting I stopped and took around 6~8 months to really deflate. And it never deflate 100%. Somehow I am still a bit bigger than when I started.. If I extend my arm there are 2 finger in height from the point my arm turn to the flat area in the middle of my biceps.
